General delivery timeframes:
- Main Cities 2 - 4 working days
- Regional Areas 2 - 5 working days
- Remote Areas 3 - 7 working days

- If you need an urgent delivery please contact us directly (details below)
- You'll receive your tracking number and ETA via email
- All orders are sent by courier / available for collection if specified.
- Orders over R1000 receive FREE delivery
- Delivery services are door-to-door, no PO Boxes please.

The above time frames are our average delivery times. Orders made over the weekend will be processed on the weekend but will leave our facility on Monday morning. Normal delivery times will apply as of the Monday after the weekend.
Please note:
We are closed during public holidays and your order will leave our facility the day after the public holiday. Normal delivery times will apply from the day after the public holiday.
