A Pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. Pre-orders allow our customers to guarantee immediate shipment on release of products once available for delivery.
Delivery Information for Pre-Orders:
- Delivery is FREE for orders over R1000
- We will keep you updated on when your order will be ready for delivery.
- We will send you tracking details to monitor your order once it has been dispatched from our facility.
- If for some reason there are any delays, we will notify you in advance.
- Estimated dispatch dates from our facility will be advertised per product on our product pages.
